<h2>§1 General Provisions</h2>
<ol>
<li>Every user is obliged to read and follow these rules. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from liability.</li>
<li>By creating an account, logging in, or joining the FeruOTS Discord server, the user confirms that they accept all terms and conditions.</li>
<li>The administration reserves the right to modify the rules at any time. Updates take effect from the moment they are published on <strong>feruots.eu</strong>.</li>
<li>The administration reserves the right to block or delete any account temporarily or permanently, without providing a reason.</li>
<li>Users are fully responsible for all content they share. The administration has the right to moderate or remove any such content.</li>
<li>Game accounts are the property of the FeruOTS administration. Players only have usage rights and cannot make claims to account ownership.</li>
<li>The administration may delete accounts that are inactive for over 30 days. Items and in-game currency will not be recoverable.</li>

<h2>§2 Publishing Content</h2>

<li><strong>Prohibited Character Names</strong><br>Names must not:

<li>Imitate other users or the administration.</li>
<li>Violate laws or third-party rights.</li>
<li>Contain offensive, vulgar, racist, homophobic, or inappropriate language.</li>
<li>Encourage breaking the rules or decency.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Forbidden Content & Behavior</strong>
<ul>
<li>Promoting piracy, illegal actions, pornography, hate speech.</li>
<li>Spamming, provoking fights, or inciting hostility.</li>
<li>Impersonating staff or misleading other players.</li>
<li>Publishing or sharing private data of others.</li>
<li>Spreading false information about the server or its team.</li>
</ul>

<h2>§3 In-Game Behavior</h2>
<ol>
<li><strong>Botting and Automation</strong>
<ul>
<li>Use of automated software to play is strictly prohibited.</li>
<li>Exception: ML/Mana training in houses, depots, or trainer rooms.</li>
<li>Cavebot, magic shooter, follow KS bots, and similar tools are bannable.</li>
<li>All associated accounts will be banned in case of detection.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Bug Exploits</strong>
<ul>
<li>Any discovered bug must be reported immediately via Discord ticket.</li>
<li>Exploiting bugs or failing to report known bugs results in a permanent ban.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Gameplay Harassment</strong>
<ul>
<li>Blocking access to quests or expansions via non-PvP mechanics is prohibited.</li>
<li>Abuse of push mechanics or summons to grief others is forbidden.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Multiclienting</strong>
<ul>
<li>Using multiple clients is only allowed for training (ML/Mana).</li>
<li>Using MC for hunting, PVP, or resource monopolization is banned.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Server Disruption</strong>
<ul>
<li>Pinging staff excessively, exploiting lags, or attacking the infrastructure is bannable.</li>
<li>Any action intended to disrupt server stability will be punished.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Appeals Process</strong>
<ul>
<li>All reports, appeals, and administrative matters must be submitted via Discord ticket system.</li>
</ul>
</li>
</ol>

<h2>§4 Game Access</h2>

<li><strong>Connection Issues</strong>
<ul>
<li>The administration is not responsible for client-side internet problems.</li>
<li>All efforts will be made to resolve server-side issues promptly.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Compensations</strong>
<ul>
<li>In rare cases of crashes, compensation may be offered at the administration’s discretion.</li>
</ul>
</li>

<h2>§5 Trade and Marketplace</h2>
<h3>1. Character Sales</h3>

<li><strong>We strongly encourage</strong> all character sales to be conducted through the official <strong>Character Bazaar</strong> available on the website <strong>feruots.eu</strong>.</li>
<li>The administration <strong>does not accept any responsibility</strong> for losses, fraud, or disputes arising from private trades or character transfers performed outside of the official platform.</li>
</ul>
<h3>5. Currency Exchange</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>We strongly recommend</strong> purchasing <strong>Feru Coins</strong> and other in-game currency <strong>exclusively through the official website</strong> or authorized systems integrated in the game client.</li>
<li>The administration <strong>takes no responsibility</strong> for Feru Coins or items purchased through third-party sites, unofficial resellers, or private trades between players.</li>

<h2>§6 Discord Server</h2>

<li><strong>Discord Policy</strong>

<li>All terms from this document apply to the Discord server as well.</li>
<li>Repeated violations of game rules may lead to a Discord ban, and vice versa.</li>

<li>The only valid support method is through Discord tickets.</li>
<li>Direct messages or side channels will be ignored.</li>

<li><strong>Bug Hunt Rewards</strong>

<li>Players who report real bugs via ticket may receive loyalty points.</li>
<li>Reward amount depends on the value and severity of the reported bug.</li>
</ul>

<li><strong>Responsibility</strong>

<li>Administracja zastrzega sobie prawo do zmiany regulaminu w dowolnym momencie. Nowe zasady obowiązują od momentu opublikowania ich na stronie feruots.eu.</li>
<li>Administracja zastrzega sobie prawo do zablokowania lub usunięcia dowolnego konta – tymczasowo lub na stałe – bez podania przyczyny.</li>
<li>Użytkownicy ponoszą pełną odpowiedzialność za treści, które publikują. Administracja ma prawo moderować i usuwać wszelkie nieodpowiednie treści.</li>
<li>Konta w grze są własnością administracji FeruOTS. Gracze mają jedynie prawo do ich użytkowania i nie mogą dochodzić praw własności.</li>
<li>Administracja może usunąć konta nieaktywne przez ponad 30 dni. Przedmioty i waluta w grze nie podlegają zwrotowi.</li>

<li>Zawierać treści obraźliwych, wulgarnych, rasistowskich, homofobicznych lub niestosownych.</li>
<li>Zachęcać do łamania zasad lub dobrych obyczajów.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Zabronione treści i zachowania</strong>
<ul>
<li>Promowanie piractwa, działań nielegalnych, pornografii, mowy nienawiści.</li>
<li>Spamowanie, prowokowanie kłótni, szerzenie wrogości.</li>
<li>Podszywanie się pod administrację lub wprowadzanie innych graczy w błąd.</li>
<li>Udostępnianie danych osobowych innych osób.</li>
<li>Rozpowszechnianie fałszywych informacji o serwerze lub jego zespole.</li>

<li>Wszystkie powiązane konta zostaną zbanowane.</li>

<li><strong>Wykorzystywanie błędów</strong>

<li>Każdy wykryty błąd należy natychmiast zgłosić przez system ticketów na Discordzie.</li>
<li>Wykorzystywanie błędów lub ich niezgłoszenie skutkuje trwałym banem.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Nękanie w rozgrywce</strong>
<ul>
<li>Blokowanie dostępu do zadań lub ekspedycji przy użyciu mechanik innych niż PvP jest zabronione.</li>
<li>Nadużywanie mechaniki pchania lub przyzwań w celu uprzykrzenia gry innym jest zabronione.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li><strong>Multiclient</strong>
<ul>
<li>Używanie wielu klientów do treningu ML/Mana jest dozwolone.</li>
<li>MC używany do expa, PvP lub monopolizowania zasobów skutkuje banem.</li>

<li><strong>Zakłócanie działania serwera</strong>

<li>Nadmierne pingowanie administracji, wykorzystywanie lagów lub ataki na infrastrukturę są karalne.</li>
<li>Każde działanie mające na celu destabilizację serwera będzie ukarane.</li>

<li><strong>Odwołania</strong>

<li>Wszystkie zgłoszenia, odwołania i sprawy administracyjne należy kierować przez system ticketów na Discordzie.</li>

<li>W wyjątkowych przypadkach (np. crash) administracja może przyznać rekompensatę według własnego uznania.</li>

<h3>Wymiana waluty</h3>

<li>Feru Coins i inne waluty należy kupować tylko przez oficjalną stronę lub zintegrowane systemy w kliencie gry.</li>
